34 North Consulting, LLC respects your privacy and seeks to collect only the information reasonably necessary to communicate with visitors, evaluate potential projects, operate our website, and provide our services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information through 34northconsulting.com and related pages operated by 34 North Consulting, LLC.
This policy applies to the public 34 North Consulting website. Separate products, client systems, demonstration environments, and third-party websites may have their own privacy notices or terms.
1. Who We Are
34 North Consulting, LLC is a Georgia consulting and development company that provides services including custom applications, websites, automation, integration, data systems, and related technical consulting.
For purposes of this policy, “34 North,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 34 North Consulting, LLC.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact or project inquiry form, email us, request support, discuss a potential project, become a client, or otherwise communicate with us.
This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization name, website address, general location, project type, budget or timing information, details about a business process, website, system, or technical problem, files or screenshots you choose to provide, and any other information included in your message.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, medical information, Social Security numbers, confidential third-party information, or other sensitive personal information through the public contact form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our infrastructure and service providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. This information may include Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages and files, date and time of requests, referring page or website, general geographic information derived from an IP address, and error, performance, and security-event information.
This information is used for website delivery, security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics.
3. Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form, the information you provide is transmitted so that we can review and respond to your inquiry.
Our contact form currently uses Cloudflare Workers to process the submission, Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated or abusive submissions, and Resend to deliver the submission by email.
Cloudflare describes Turnstile as a security service that processes limited signals to distinguish legitimate users from bots and protect websites from malicious activity.
Submitting a form does not automatically enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
We may use your submission to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a project may be a reasonable fit, prepare an estimate, proposal, or recommendation, continue communication about the requested service, protect the website and prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records.
4. Email Communications
When you email us or submit a contact form, we may retain the communication and related information as part of our business records.
We may use your email address to reply to your message, discuss a project or service, send requested information, provide client support, and send administrative notices related to an active engagement.
We will not add you to promotional email campaigns solely because you submitted a project inquiry. Should we introduce a newsletter or other marketing program in the future, we will provide appropriate notice and an unsubscribe method.
5. Cloudflare Services
The website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver website content, route network traffic, protect the website from malicious activity, detect bots and abuse, monitor reliability and performance, and produce security and operational logs.
Cloudflare’s processing is governed by its own privacy terms and service documentation.
6. Website Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects information such as page views, referring websites, browser and device categories, and page-load measurements. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service collects performance information without tracking individual visitors across customer websites and does not use cookies for its standard web analytics service.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring sources, and interactions with the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. Information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google according to its own privacy terms.
You may limit Google Analytics collection through your browser settings, available consent controls, or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visitors and measure website usage. These cookies are used for analytics and measurement, not to display advertising on this website.
Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers may use cookies, tokens, browser storage, or similar technical mechanisms when necessary for website security, bot detection, abuse prevention, session integrity, network routing, and service functionality.
The main website does not use advertising cookies or cookies for behavioral advertising.
8. Interactive Demonstrations
34 North may provide links to interactive demonstrations, including demonstrations hosted on a separate subdomain.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, demonstration data is fictional or synthetic, demonstrations are provided to illustrate potential system capabilities, demonstrations are not intended to receive confidential or sensitive information, information entered into a demonstration should not be assumed to be private or permanently stored, and demonstration environments may be changed, reset, suspended, or removed.
Do not enter real customer data, passwords, payment information, confidential business information, or regulated data into a public demonstration.
9. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to operate, maintain, and secure the website, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, prepare proposals or statements of work, provide services and support, communicate with clients and prospective clients, improve website content and performance, detect spam, fraud, abuse, or security threats, maintain business and legal records, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use contact-form submissions to train public artificial-intelligence models.
10. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information to service providers that assist us with operating the website or conducting our business, including providers of website infrastructure, security and bot protection, email delivery, business email, file storage, customer communication, accounting, payment processing, and legal or professional services.
We may also disclose information with your direction or consent, to comply with applicable law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of 34 North or others, to investigate suspected fraud or security incidents, in connection with a merger or transfer of business assets, or to establish or defend legal claims.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, software products, demonstrations, or service providers. We do not control the privacy, security, or data practices of third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, performing services, maintaining business records, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax, accounting, or legal requirements.
Contact inquiries that do not lead to a project may be deleted when no longer reasonably useful. We may retain limited information when deletion is not reasonably possible or when retention is required for legal, administrative, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
