These Website Terms apply to use of the public website. They do not replace a proposal, estimate, statement of work, client services agreement, invoice terms, confidentiality agreement, or other written agreement governing paid services.

1. About 34 North Consulting

34 North Consulting, LLC provides consulting and development services that may include custom applications, web platforms, websites, automation, integration, data and reporting systems, technical consulting, and related design and implementation services.

Descriptions on the website are general and do not represent a promise that every service is appropriate or available for every project.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive information before appropriate confidentiality and service terms are established.

4. Project Inquiries

You may use the contact form to describe a potential project or business problem. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a response within a particular time, availability, acceptance of the project, a particular price, timeline, technical approach, or successful outcome.

We may decline a project or recommend another direction when we believe the requested work is not a reasonable fit. Information submitted through the contact form is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Demonstration Environments

A project’s appearance on the website does not necessarily mean it was completed for an outside client, that every displayed feature is currently available, that the public demonstration is identical to a production system, that the project has reached general commercial availability, or that similar results are guaranteed for another project.

Current project status will be stated as accurately as reasonably possible.

15. Indemnification for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your unauthorized interference with a website or demonstration, your violation of these Website Terms, information or material you submit without authority, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify 34 North for claims caused solely by 34 North’s own unlawful conduct.

16. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and retained through the public website.

Unless another written agreement applies or applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning use of the public website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Franklin County, Georgia.

20. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Website Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
